Shrewsbury training company goes bust owing £109,000 to taxman, bank and other creditors
Liquidators have been appointed to wind up a Shrewsbury-based education training company which has gone bust owing £109,000.
Morgan Training Services, of Grange House, in Lancaster Road, is listed as owing £55,000 to the Department for Education, nearly £10,000 to the taxman and £39,400 to Lloyds Bank.
A statement of affairs has been posted on the Companies House website showing that Emma Merrick, of Grange House, Lancaster Road, Shrewsbury, is the only shareholder in the firm which was incorporated in November 2001.
The liquidation is being handled by SFP at Marsh Wall, in London.
A company spokesperson for SFP said he was not allowed to divulge details to third parties.
