Platinum success for Shrewsbury-based Arrow County
A Shrewsbury-based professional cleaning supplies firm has received its Platinum Investors in People accreditation.
The award places Arrow County within an esteemed group of firms, both in the UK and globally, with the highest level of accreditation possible on the Investors in People framework.
Arrow County obtained gold accreditation in 2019 and, with the platinum award, is now placed within the top six per cent of global organisations.
As well as growing its staff headcount by seven per cent, from 76 to 82, throughout the last financial year, the firm that is three years away from its 50th anniversary.
It has utilised its Investors in People accreditation to take its operations to the next level, with the firm now seen as a leading employer, not only in Shrewsbury and Shropshire, but also the Midlands.
