Ian Greaves has joined the firm, which also has four offices in Shropshire and one in Redditch, as finance and IT director and will have a particular focus on business growth, strategic planning and risk management.

He has overall responsibility for the financial management of the firm as well as its IT systems, and will work closely with both the finance and IT teams.

The firm has also appointed a new associate lawyer, Jamie Callaghan, in the residential property department in the Redditch office.

“I’m delighted to welcome both Ian and Jamie to the FBC Manby Bowdler team," said Neil Lloyd, CEO of Adeptio Law Group.

“Ian is joining us at a key time as we look to make the most out of the recent £30m investment into the business.  He has a wealth of experience in corporate finance and will be a major asset as we look to continue to grow the business.

“Jamie is an excellent addition to the residential property team and further strengthens the talent and experience we have in the Redditch office. I’m looking forward to working with both Ian and Jamie as we continue to go from strength to strength.”

Ian achieved his Chartered Institute of Management Accountants qualifications at the University of Central England and has since built up a strong portfolio of experience in senior finance roles.

He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (FCMA) and a Chartered Manager with Chartered Management Institute.

Jamie achieved his LLB(Hons) degree in law at the University of Wolverhampton before completing the Legal Practice Course with Masters at the University of Law. He qualified as a solicitor in 2020 and assists clients with all aspects of sales and purchases of residential property, re-mortgages, transfer of equity, assents and lease extensions.
