Redsun Projects has signed up  freshly cooked dog food manufacturer Different Dog to Pioneer Park in Telford.

The announcement comes after the company recently secured a significant investment from a leading European firm active in the sector, which will support the company’s continued growth and ambitious expansion plans.

As part of its move, Different Dog is undertaking an extensive package of fit-out works, which are already underway to tailor the space to their operational needs.

Charlie Thurston, CEO of Different Dog, said: “The decision was driven by our mission to change dogs’ lives with real food and our excellent new facility enables us to produce the highest quality freshly hand-cooked dog food at a larger scale.

"The process has been seamless, allowing us to tailor the facility to our specifications.”

The building at Pioneer Park was designed by award-winning architectural firm, Fletcher Rae, and built by Morris Property.

The project also received funding support from the West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA).

Nick Wightman, director at Redsun, said: “This letting highlights the attractiveness of Pioneer Park as a strategic location for companies looking to establish or expand their operations in Telford.

"Securing Different Dog so quickly after the building became vacant demonstrates the resilience and desirability of this area.”

Redsun was advised on the letting by Bulleys Bradbury and Addleshaw Goddard while Different Dog Ltd was represented by Aaron & Partners.

Richard Bradbury, director at Bulleys Bradbury, added: “We are delighted to have let this unit to Different Dog.

!The letting was secured very quickly after coming to market emphasising the demand for quality units like these at Pioneer Park.”
