The 15-acre site on Thieves Lane opposite Shrewsbury Business Park comes with planning permission to build a 90,000 square foot industrial park, having authority approval in place for seven industrial units and associated offices.

The land, which sits next to the existing Shell garage and Starbucks drive-through, was granted planning permission by Shropshire Council in 2023 for development of commercial units. Permission was granted for use as a storage or distribution facility, as research and development facilities, and for use as an industrial unit to support a proposed bakery.
