The Knockin-based building contractor is looking for plasterers, tilers, floorers, decorators and carpenters as well as other similar trades, who live or work within 20 miles of Newtown and who are interested in joining its supply chain.

There are opportunities for work on 26 one-bedroom flats we are building in Newtown for Powys County Council and the new £1.3 million Riverside Hub for Open Newtown.

The virtual Meet the Buyer event will take place online from 9am to midday on February 26. People can book a place for a 15-minute time slot at wales.business-events.org.uk/en/events/newtown-meet-the-buyer.

Managing director Steven Owen said: “Our Newtown-based team will manage the schemes and we will utilise local suppliers as the building specification allows and sub contractors where possible.

“This is a valuable opportunity for businesses to become part of our supply chain in the Newtown area and could lead to more work in the future as well.”
