TG Concrete, which has bases in Ellesmere and Oswestry, was recognised as Infrastructure Supply Chain Partner of the Year at Murphy’s prestigious annual Supplier Awards.

The awards were held at Bloomsbury Square, London and  the event celebrated the contributions of over 300 supply chain partners who have supported Murphy’s teams in delivering world-class infrastructure projects.

TG Concrete’s honour recognised the company's outstanding contributions to the Oswestry Water Treatment Works infrastructure project.

Since beginning deliveries last month, TG Concrete has supplied over 18,200 m³ of ready-mixed concrete for the project which has played a crucial role in ensuring the success of this critical development.

The award was presented to Dave Morris, TG Group Director, and Chris Kilvert, TG Operations Manager, by Adrian Savory, Group Technical Director of Murphy’s.

Mr Morris said:  “Being named Infrastructure Supply Chain Partner of the Year is a testament to the hard work and expertise of the entire TG Concrete team.

"Collaborating on the Oswestry Water Treatment Works project has been a fantastic experience, and we’re honoured to have our contributions recognised by Murphy’s.

"We look forward to continuing to deliver top-quality materials and service for future infrastructure projects.”
