Telford HR specialist sees growth as it celebrates 21 years

Human Results marked its 21st birthday in 2024 and has grown rapidly, reporting a continued expansion of its client-base over the last 12 months.

Managing director, Alasdair Hobbs, said: “We have a proud record of helping businesses of all sizes to manage their staff and traverse the often difficult areas of employment law over the past 20 plus years. 

"It has been an amazing 2024, we have been really busy and are predicting further growth next year. 

“Our 20th birthday celebrations in 2023 were very special and we have moved on from that significant milestone by representing new clients, cultivating more contacts and moving forward with the business. 

“We achieve this through a flexible approach to changing times, keeping an eye on developing trends and taking on board advancements in technology which improves efficiency in HR processes, with the ultimate aim of saving clients time and money."

One of the ways the business is supporting clients is through the IguanaHR app that was developed and launched by Human Results in 2019. 

Since then the company has refined and updated the platform,  launching the new version during the past year. 

“Iguana creates processes and consistencies in the workplace, making it quick and easy for businesses to manage their HR admin," said Alasdair.  

“The new update, which we were able to achieve with the help of a UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) Business Development grant awarded by Telford and Wrekin Council, provides more flexibility and functionality than ever before.”

Alasdair said Human Results had a strong commitment to staff development and supporting community and charitable causes whenever possible.

He added: “These are exciting times for Human Results as we look to further develop the success of the company in 2025 - whether that be through the best possible service to our clients or as a committed player within our local community.”
