Market Drayton teenager in Wem police assault faces custody
A teenager who attacked a police officer after being caught carrying a knife in Wem has been warned he could be sent to a young offenders institution.

Shane Warner, 19, of Salisbury Hill View, Market Drayton, also attacked the officer arresting him, Shrewsbury Crown Court heard yesterday.
He admitted the charges and the case was adjourned for sentencing.
