Shropshire man denies plant hire fraud
A 34-year-old man from near Shrewsbury has denied two charges of fraud relating to plant equipment worth £30,000.

Michael McDonald, of Annscroft, appeared at Welshpool Magistrates Court yesterday alongside James McNamara, 57, from Coventry.
Both deny hiring equipment from Wiliams Plant Hire, Welshpool, intending to make a gain by keeping or selling it. The case was adjourned to January 8.
