Police hunt for cannabis raid bail-skip man
Police are searching for a man who skipped bail after being arrested in connection with a cannabis raid at a home on the Shropshire border.
Officers discovered hundreds of thousands of pounds worth of cannabis plants growing underground in the grounds of the address in Tenbury Wells in July last year.
They were housed in five substantial containers buried next to woodland and connected to the surface by a brick shaft.
Andrew O'Donnell, who also uses the surnames Morrison and Lawson was arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to produce a class B drug in October last year but has failed to answer police bail.
The 33-year-old is also wanted in connection with cannabis factories found in Cinderford and Monmouthshire.
O'Donnell was due to be charged with offences and police have urged anyone with information as to his whereabouts to get in touch as soon as possible.
West Mercia Police spokesman Richard Ewels said: "As well as the locations of the cannabis factories, O'Donnell is linked to addresses in Tuffley in Gloucester and Frome in Somerset. He is also believed to have rented a holiday home abroad last year but it is not known whether he has returned to the UK."
