Sam Warrilow, from Norbroom Drive, admitted causing criminal damage.
Telford Magistrates Court was told the 19-year-old instantly called the police after committing the offence on April 17.
Abigail Hall, prosecuting, said when police arrived he pointed out the windows and said he had smashed them.
When asked at the time why he had done it, Warrilow said: "It's human nature to smash, sometimes you have to do it."
Steven Meredith, defending, said: "Sam knows he has committed the damage and he has to pay for it."
Warrilow was given a two-year conditional discharge and ordered to pay £279 compensation and £89 costs.
