Woman is raped in Welshpool town alleyway
A young woman was raped in an early hours attack in Welshpool, police said today.

Dyfed Powys Police said the woman was attacked as she walked in the Bear Passage alleyway in the town centre sometime between 2.55am and 3.10am on Sunday.
DI Diane Davies, of Welshpool Police, appealed for anybody with CCTV or information to come forward. She said: "The police would like to hear from anyone who was in Broad Street or High Street between 2.45am and 3.15am on Sunday."
A 27-year-old man has been arrested and is helping police with their inquiries.
