Michael Warham murder case: Man appears in court charged with killing 16-year-old in Shrewsbury
A 19-year-old man has appeared in court today charged with the murder of Michael Warham in Shrewsbury.
Wearing a blue jumper, with disheveled hair, Declan Graves, stood in the dock of Telford Magistrates Court with his head slightly bowed.
The 19-year-old from Dymchurch Road in Liverpool was remanded in custody to appear via video link at Shrewsbury Crown Court on Monday for a bail application.
Michael Warham, 16, from Bootle, Merseyside was found with a stab wound on Wayford Drive shortly before 10pm on August 1.
He was taken to the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital and died on August 4.
An inquest opened into his death on Wednesday and heard that he died from a stab wound to the chest.
Earlier in the investigation four people were arrested and later bailed in connection with the murder.
