Armed police swoop near Newport as car rams officers' vehicle
Firearms officers swooped on a car being driven near Newport today and arrested two men after a police armed response vehicle was rammed.

Armed police stopped the car on the A41 at Weston Heath at about 3.30am.
West Mercia Police say two men were arrested on suspicion of a number of offences including drug driving, possession of a class A drug and an outstanding arrest warrant.
The two men that were arrested are aged 40 and 19.
