Supect in garden hunted after Shropshire break-ins

Police are looking for a man seen in a garden before two sheds and a workshop were burgled at  Crumpsbrook, near Cleobury Mortimer.

The buildings were raided overnight between last Thursday and Friday, January 26 and 27.

A man of medium build, approximately 5ft 8in tall, in dark clothing was seen in a Crumpsbrook garden at about 9pm on the Thursday.

The burglaries are among multiple outbuilding break-ins reported to have happened in south Shropshire over the past week. At about 7pm to 8pm last Thursday a poultry shed at Bitterley, near Clee Hill, was had various items including a cordless drill taken.

Between 4.30pm on January 25 and 10am on the same day a farmyard and outbuilding were broken into at Heath Common, Wall Under Heywood, near Church Stretton.

Power tools including two chainsaws and a generator were stolen. The night before, between January 24 and 25, two vans at a storage area in Lower Galdeford, Ludlow, were broken into with gardening equipment taken.
