Manor Heights in Hadley has been empty for a number of years while the owner has been renovating it.
But it has become a target for vandals with windows being broken and graffiti painted on the side.
On Friday police arrested a youth on suspicion of causing criminal damage, while two other people were seen to run off.
Police are keen to speak to anyone who has knowledge of those responsible or know of a group calling itself the TF2 gang.
If you have any information contact the Hadley and Leegomery Safer Neighbourhood team or call 101 and quote 0832S of March 24.
