Motorbike damaged in theft bid at farm near Ellesmere
A motorbike was damaged as part of an attempt to steal it from a farm near Ellesmere.
The Honda motorbike was smashed and wires pulled out in an attempt to steal it from the Welshampton area.
A screwdriver was also placed by the steering wheel of a tractor with the intention of causing damage the next time the tractor was moved, police say.
It happened between 12pm on March 27 and and 5.30pm on March 31.
A separate incident then occurred at the farm on Saturday at 9am, when a young lad was seen next to the motorbike with jump leads and a battery.
