Tehfoor Javeed appeared at Telford Magistrates Court. The 20-year-old, of Victoria Avenue, Wellington, admitted two breaches of his criminal behaviour order by going to Telford Central and Wellington railway stations on October 28 last year.

He was fined £50 by magistrates and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge for the latest breaches.

Mr Adam Warner, prosecuting, said: "There's been a long history of issues with Javeed.

"It's a pattern that keeps on repeating itself."

In January 2015, Javeed received a two-year restraining order against National Rail after admitting two charges of making a bomb hoax when calling from help points at Wellington train station and the town’s leisure centre.

He was handed a 12 month community order with supervision and 36 hours at Willowdene Farm attendance centre, when he appeared before Shrewsbury Magistrates for sentencing.

The court was told that Javeed sparked a frantic search at Birmingham New Street station when he called National Rail’s enquiries line claiming there were four bombs inside a red suitcase on a platform.

Just hours later he also claimed there were explosives on board a train running between Birmingham and Aberystwyth which would detonate in 10 minutes.

In June 2016 he was given a criminal behaviour order which prevented him from intentionally making false and malicious calls to the police except when someone’s life is in danger, when there’s a risk of serious injury to people or there is use or threats of immediate use of violence.

The order also banned him from entering Telford town centre until September 2020.

Last year, Telford Magistrates Court heard that up to six police officers including taser units were deployed on three occasions when Javeed rang 999 to report false incidents in Telford and Shrewsbury during December 2016.

Javeed had then pleaded guilty to four offences of breaching a police criminal behaviour order and pleaded guilty to two offences of wasting police time.

He was jailed for 18 weeks for breaching a suspended sentence and criminal behaviour order.

Javeed was convicted in 2013 of earlier bomb hoaxes.

Mr John McMillan, representing Javeed at his most recent court appearance on Wednesday, said he was receiving support.

He told magistrates: "He's got a mentor. He's working very hard with him."
