Telford company facing prosecution after employee was hit by JCB
A recycling company faces being prosecuted for allegedly failing to ensure the welfare of one of its employees who was hit by a JCB.

Jack Moody Recycling Limited faces a charge of failing to ensure the health, safety and welfare of James Hurst at Lodgewood Farm, Redhill Way, Telford, on December 5, 2014.
Managing director Robert Moody appeared at Telford Magistrates Court yesterday to represent the company.
The firm faces a further charge of failing to make a suitable assessment of health and safety risks.
Mr Moody did not indicate a plea to either of the charges.
The case was sent to Shrewsbury Crown Court for a plea and directions hearing on June 19.
