CCTV images released in Shrewsbury stabbing hunt
Police have released CCTV images as part of an investigation into the stabbing of a man earlier this year.
The attack is reported to have taken place outside The Dana Prison in Shrewsbury between 4.20am and 5am on Sunday, 26 February.
Kieren Bodill of West Mercia Police said: "A 30-year-old man was outside the premises when he was approached by two unknown men who have assaulted him before leaving the area.
"The victim suffered injuries to his thigh believed to have been caused by a bladed item. He was taken to Shrewsbury hospital where his wounds were treated.
"Investigating officers would like to identify the individuals from the CCTV images as they may have important information or witnessed the assault."
