Bridgnorth armed police manhunt: Man arrested on suspicion of stealing car
A man has been arrested on suspicion of stealing a car which sparked an armed police manhunt in Bridgnorth.
The 22-year-old was arrested on Wednesday night and remains in custody.
The arrest is in relation to the theft of a car in Walsall at the end of last month.
The white Peugeot involved was found abandoned in East Castle Street in the town on June 7.
Armed officers were seen on Whitburn Street and High Street in the town as a search was started.
