Cement mixer found in Telford
Police are appealing to construction companies and builders to come forward after a yellow cement mixer was found.
Officers in Telford were dealing with an unrelated incident in the Withybrook area of Woodside at around 4am on Wednesday found a male pushing the machine along a footpath through the estate.
The man, who initially ran off when approached, was subsequently arrested on suspicion of theft and other offences and taken to Telford Police Station.
But initial police enquiries have not found where the cement mixer was taken from.
