Driver clocked at 75MPH in Shropshire village's 30mph zone
A car was clocked travelling at more than 70mph in a Shropshire village’s 30mph zone.
The speeding motorist was clocked at 75mph by a vehicle-activated sign on the A51 in Woore, near Market Drayton.
Several other cars have travelled past the sign at speeds in excess of 60mph this week.
The data – from August 21 to 29 – shows that about 25 per cent of vehicles drove through the village at speeds exceeding the limit.
