Police launch investigation after Mercedes and VW Golf stolen
A Mercedes and a VW Golf were stolen from a home in Shifnal prompting a police appeal.

The two cars were taken from the same address in Shifnal between 1.30am and 7.00am on Saturday..
Police said that at least two people were involved, although it is likely that another offender drove them to the location of the theft.
The black VW Golf was recovered later the same day after it was involved in a crash in the West Midlands.
The driver fled from the car on foot.
Police are continuing to investigate the incident and said they have a number of lines of enquiry.
