Drugs seized by officers in town centre arrest
Eight sachets of drugs were seized in a Mid Wales town.

Dyfed-Powys Police seized a quantity of drugs from a person in Welshpool on New Year's Day.
Eight sachets of white powder containing suspected Class A drugs were discovered on an individual in the town at 2am.
The arrest was made near to the post office on Severn Street.
A tweet from the force said “Happy New Year to the person just arrested in Welshpool for possession with intent to supply Class A drugs.”
Officers also confirmed a quantity of cash was seized following a house search.
