£12,000 of equipment stolen from Shrewsbury business yard
About £12,000 worth of building equipment was stolen after a business yard in Shrewsbury was broken into.
Burglars removed several padlocks at the premises in Longden Road and got into a cargo container in the yard.
A red and white Takeuchi TB007 mini digger worth about £7,000, an unbranded petrol welder and a Honda petrol generator both worth about £2,500 were stolen between 4pm on Tuesday and 7.20am on Wednesday.
The burglars also caused about £160 damage to padlocks on the site.
