Thomas Treasure, 30, was found not guilty by a jury after a trial at Stafford Crown Court.

The court heard Treasure was accused of taking the woman back to his home on Tinkers Hill on the night of November 21, 2015.

The prosecution alleged the woman woke in the early hours of November 22 to find Treasure having sex with her.

The defence denied the accusation and said it was consensual.
