Six Telford & Wrekin councillors will meet at Addenbrooke House for the next stage in the selection of the body which will commission the inquiry. It was set to begin at 6pm.

The process is designed as "double independent" so that the council is not seen to be running the inquiry.

If the advisory group agrees to press ahead with the terms of reference then bidders will be invited to run the process.

The independent organisation which wins the bid will then prepare a final commission to appoint an independent chairman or woman, who will establish the inquiry.
