Stolen clothing recovered by police after foot chase through Telford town centre

One police officer was injured during the ordeal and may possibly have a broken bone.

West Mercia Police's north local policing priority team tweeted about the incident today.

The tweet said: "Foot pursuit in Telford TC resulted in 2 PIC'S and recovery of over £500 stolen clothing.

"Unfortunately one of the team was injured with possible broken bone."
