Tools haul recovered from Shrewsbury house
A huge haul of stolen tradesmen's tools has been recovered by police after officers swooped on an address in Shrewsbury.
Officers carried out a warrant in Castlefields at 9.20am this morning following intelligence from the local Safer Neighbourhood Team.
They found a large amount of power tools and specialist tools which police believe were stolen.
Inspector Saf Ali said: “This is a substantial amount of tools that have been seized which we suspect have been stolen. We know when items such as tools are stolen it has a huge impact on people’s livelihoods and are keen to reunite the property with their rightful owners.”
