Violent disorder reported as group armed with axe and metal pole roam Telford streets
Police are investigating a report of violent disorder after a group were spotted carrying an axe and a metal pole around streets in Telford.
A number of people were reported to have been involved in the incident, on Blakemore and Burford, in Brookside, at about 6pm on Sunday, February 24.
The force say the group is believed to be male and female, aged between 14 and 20 years old, and are appealing for information.
Pc Erica Hanson-McKenzie, of Malinsgate police station, said: "We are investigating a report of violent disorder and are appealing to anyone who witnessed the incident to please come forward.
"At this time, no injuries have been reported to police."
