A white Citroen van, with the registration ending in EYX, was seen being driven in a suspicious manner in the area of Claverley, near Bridgnorth, at about 11.40am on Monday.

Police say two men, believed to be in their early 30s, were by the van with two lurcher-style dogs and drove off when they noticed they were being watched.

Details of the van have been added to the automatic number plate recognition system so that if it activates a camera, nearby police officers will be informed and take appropriate action.

The vehicle was also reported to be behaving suspiciously on March 14 in the area of Bolas Heath in Telford.

Anyone that sees vehicles acting suspiciously should contact West Mercia Police on 101.
