Bridgnorth man admits guest house burglary
A man accused of breaking into guest houses in Bridgnorth has pleaded guilty to an offence of burglary.

Kallum Smith, 22, initially denied carrying out the burglary at The Croft Guesthouse, in St Mary’s Street, between July 5 and 8, 2018.
The court heard that Smith stayed at The Croft and failed to return his room key. Days a later a new guest reported that a laptop, a camera and cigarettes were missing from the same room and the matter was reported to police.
He admitted the offence at Shrewsbury Crown Court.The case was adjourned for reports and Smith, of Garden Villages, Highley, was remanded in custody until September 16.
