Two men arrested on suspicion of dog theft in Powys
Two men have been arrested on suspicion of dog theft in Powys.
Dyfed-Powys Police announced officers had arrested two men on suspicion of dog theft in Knighton on Sunday.
The men, 31 and 32, are from the Cardiff area.
The pair are currently in custody.
Inspector Gwyndaf Bowen, of Dyfed-Powys Police, said no animals had been harmed in the incident, and thanked local officers, RPU and ARV teams, and NPAS for their assistance in bringing the incident to a swift closure.
The National Police Air Service assisted in the arrest.
