Jessica Davies, 26, and Rebecca Davies, 27, both of Llys Road, Oswestry, pleaded guilty to entering an Alert Level 4 area of Wales when living in a UK restricted area.
They were stopped in a car on the A5 at Llangollen just before midnight on January 10, a district judge was told today.
At Llandudno court, District Judge Gwyn Jones described it as “a deliberate and flagrant act” which could have led to more serious charges.
The sisters, who are on benefits, each had to pay costs of £125.
