Pair arrested on suspicion of drugs offences after car stopped near Shrewsbury
Two people have been arrested on suspicion of drugs offences after their car was stopped near Shrewsbury.
West Mercia Police officers stopped a Kia Sportage SUV close to the A5 Emstrey roundabout on Thursday.
The car's two occupants, a 31-year-old woman and a 35-year-old man, both from Shropshire, were spoken to and subsequently arrested on suspicion of possessing drugs with intent to supply.
