Man, 71, found guilty of attacking woman in Ellesmere
A 71-year-man has been found guilty of assaulting a woman in Ellesmere.
Anthony McBride attacked the woman in Ellesmere on October 25, 2020.
McBride, of Charlotte Street, Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, pleaded not guilty to assault occasioning actual bodily harm, but was found guilty after trial at Telford Magistrates Court.
He will next appear at the same court on February 15.
McBride was granted bail on the condition that he does not interfere with witnesses.
