Stalker who called, messaged and visited woman's home ordered to do unpaid work

A stalker who continually called and messaged a woman as well as turning up at her home has been ordered to do unpaid work.

Kieran Hunt, aged 30, harassed the woman in Telford over a period of 11 days over the course of last month.

Hunt, of Elm Drive, Market Drayton, pleaded guilty at Kidderminster Magistrates’ Court to one count of stalking.

District Judge Steven Jonas ordered him to do 100 hours’ unpaid work and pay the victim £50 compensation. He also told Hunt not to contact the victim or attend her address.
