Emergency services called to reports of youths on disused railway bridge
Emergency services were scrambled to reports of youths who had climbed over railings on a railway bridge.
The alarm was raised by two concerned members of the public about some teenagers who had climbed over the railings on the disused railway bridge on Thomas Savin Road in Oswestry.
Police were told one of the teens was struggling to climb back over the railings.
On arrival, police found the youths had managed to free themselves and had left the area.
Shropshire Fire and Rescue also rushed to the scene to assist police, but were stood down on their arrival.
