Shrewsbury man who sent offensive message remanded in custody

A man who sent an offensive message has been remanded in custody.

Aaron Rocke, aged 25, sent the message via electronic communication on February 9, which was said to be "grossly indecent, or of an obscene, indecent or menacing character".

Rocke, of Brunel Way, Belle Vue, Shrewsbury, pleaded guilty at Kidderminster Magistrates Court to one count of sending an offensive message.

The case was adjourned until March 7. Rocke will next appear on that date at Telford Magistrates Court.
