Shrewsbury man who walked past woman's home despite restraining order is fined

A man who walked past a woman's house who had a restraining order out against him has been fined.

Robert Bebb, also known as Nicholas Bebb, went past the house in Monkmoor, Shrewsbury, on April 14 this year.

Bebb, of Rectory Gardens, Hanwood, near Shrewsbury, pleaded guilty at Kidderminster Magistrates Court to harassment by breaching a restraining order.

A bench of three magistrates fined him £80. Bebb, aged 33, was also ordered to pay £135 in prosecution costs and a £32 victim surcharge. He will pay the money at the rate of £10 a week, with the first payment set for this month.
