Man, 56, in court over death of motorcyclist in Telford crash
A man has appeared in court charged with causing the death of a motorcyclist in Telford by driving without due care and attention.
Sean Guthrie, 56, of Furnace Avenue, Telford, faces two charges over an incident on August 9, last year, in which Michael Lloyd died, and his passenger Dawn Lloyd was seriously injured.
Appearing in a wheelchair before Telford Magistrates Court on Tuesday morning, Guthrie spoke only to confirm his name and address.
Sara Beddow, proescuting, said Guthrie faces two charges.
