Warrant issued after man accused of Market Drayton sexual assault fails to attend court

A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a man accused of sexually assaulting a woman in Market Drayton earlier this year after he failed to attend court.

Marley Burt, 28, of Apsley Road, Cirencester, in Gloucestershire, was due to appear at Telford Magistrates Court on Tuesday.

He is accused of a sexual assault on a female in Market Drayton on Monday, January 31, but failed to turn up at court.

A warrant has now been issued for his arrest.
