Oswestry man charged with sexually assaulting girl, burglary and robbery to stand trial
An Oswestry man is facing two criminal trials next year after appearing in court charged with sexually assaulting a teenage girl as well as burglary and robbery offences.
Elliot Curley, aged 34, of no fixed abode, denied all charges when he appeared before Shrewsbury Crown Court on Thursday.
Curley is accused of intentionally touching a girl aged 15 in the town on June 18 last year. He was told he will stand trial for that offence on January 29.
