Newport drink driver banned and fined after being caught on busy town centre road
A drink driver who was caught on a busy town centre road has been fined and banned from the road.
Sam Skinner, of Newport, Shropshire, was caught on Proud Cross Ringway, Kidderminster on September 3.
A test found the 22-year-old had 52 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit in England and Wales is 35mcg.
