Man charged with multiple domestic violence and sexual assault offences
A has been charged with several offences relating to domestic violence in Shrewsbury.

Philip Mutch of Capern Green, Birmingham, has been charged with nine offences. These include engaging in controlling and coercive behaviour in an intimate or family relationship, sexual assault by penetration, as well as five counts of assault occasioning actual bodily harm and two counts of sexual assault on a female.
The allegations relate to incidents in the Shrewsbury and Birmingham areas.
Mutch is due to appear at Telford Magistrates’ Court on November 7.
