Shrewsbury man charged with shop thefts and public order offences
A homeless man faces a court appearance after being charged with two counts of theft and two public order offences.

Thomas Arnold, aged 34, of no fixed abode, is accused of committing the offences at Shrewsbury's Marks & Spencer and Morrisons stores.
He is accused of one count of theft from a shop on May 14, 2023, and the other from September 25, 2023.
Arnold is set to appear before Telford Magistrates on November 14.
