Law catches up with Shrewsbury speeder two years after camera snapped him at 80mph
The law has caught up with a driver who was caught by a speed camera more than two years ago.
Zowie Bowers, aged 40, of Westbury Road, Shrewsbury, had been snapped by an automatic camera in a Suzuki on the M5 southbound at Gloucester between Junctions 16 and 17 on November 12, 2021.
Bowers pleaded guilty to driving at 80mph on November 27, 2023 when he appeared at Telford Magistrates Court.
