Road ban for VW driver caught with cannabis in his system in Telford town centre
A motorist who was caught driving with cannabis in his system has been banned from the road.
Scott Waines, aged 27, was caught driving a Volkswagen Golf on Southwater Way in Telford town centre on September 21 last year.
A test found he had 3.7 microgrammes of cannabis per litre of blood. The legal limit, accounting for the possibility of accidental exposure to the illegal drug, is 2mcg.
